What if I'm having issues replaying the videos?

    Me Too... I feel like I"m missing most of the content just trying to refresh, logging back in, my password needing to be reset and then more fitness....I hope the replay will be available so I can enjoy this rich content xo

    It keeps doing that to me too. I'm sad I have missed about 10 minutes of content total from Rachel, Dave and Ed.

    My replay keeps skipping around and also, the Intro video periodically takes over and starts playing.  Also, super difficult to move around within the video as the Intro video keeps taking over.  What I got to see of the Conf. yesterday was super uplifting, but trying to pick up what I missed has become super frustrating...

    Like Stephanie above, my replay keeps jumping around and also. I'm from Australia and given the time difference tried my best to stay awake (until 3am) to watch the live conference.

    I bought the replay option as I wanted to watch the remainder of the conference, as I knew I would miss some. Absolutely love what I have seen so far.  

    The replay is an issue-  I only get to watch 45 minutes a piece before it jumps backwards and I am unable to resume at the time I was previously watching. It even jumps to some of the prerecorded footage (before the conference starts), I haven't been able to fully watch Dave's piece on courage. I wouldn't mind it so much if I could resume playing where I left off, but I can't as the time markers change too (I know I haven't explained this properly)

    My internet connection is stable and strong -  can someone please help!! This ticket was a birthday present and feel very blessed to have the opportunity to attend a Rise Event. I don't want to miss this. xx

    I followed the recommendations for trouble shooting this issue. I understand your frustration. If it skips back, refresh your screen and it should go back to he same place it skipped from. I didn't have an opportunity to watch the content I missed from this happening to me, but hopefully your ticket allows you more time.

    As mentioned in an earlier comment, I had issues replaying the day after the event. By the following day the issue had been resolved and the conference had been split into bookmarked morning and afternoon sessions making it much easier to navigate.  I just wanted to say "Thank You" for the resolution provided and for the additional week of access availability!  As always, your content has been a blessing and because of your commitment and follow through of delivery I was able to view it all.  Thank you...Thank you!!
