In regards to the playback video, our signal and connection were clear and strong! The player as it is, is completely functional and totally archived, just like a Facebook or YouTube video. Just like those live services, if your service dips and you experience a bad connection, the player will automatically revert to the last time you had a strong connection.
If you are experiencing this try closing any extra open windows and reducing the number of devices connected to your WiFi. The default stream is 720p HD, you can reduce that in the lower right corner of the screen to possibly improve performance as well. We also recommend using Google Chrome as your browser!
